Before you register, please clear your calendar to be able to attend the ride between September 24-30, 2023. By registering for the event we assume that you will be attending. Please be aware there are NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS (selling) of registrations and no credit to future rides. Should the event or an event day be cancelled due to Adverse Weather, Fire Evacuation, Earthquake or Act of God, Event Producers reserve the right to alter the ride start times, course route and other considerations for the health, safety and welfare for all participants and staff… PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME COVID RESTRICTIONS MAY CONTINUE TO BE IN PLACE Transfers or Credit for unforeseen medical reasons may be considered. One application per person, regardless if you ride a traditional bicycle or a Tandem bicycle (two entries). All Riders must be at least 18 years of age. You must RIDE a pedal - human powered traditional bicycle, tandem or an electric pedal assist bicycle (e-bike) that complies with our equipment policy. Participants wishing to ride E-bikes must contact ride organizers to coordinate with equipment policy and No 3-wheeled (Tricycle) recumbents allowed with out prior approval by ride organizers.
